17 Years Building a Lambo

“Some men just want to build cars in their basements.” One of those men is Ken Imhoff, who spent the last 17 years building a replica Lamborghini Countach in his, you guessed it, basement. Fascinated by the opening scene of the movie CannonBall Run, Ken, like every other American, wanted to own his very own Lamborghini. But because he had no blood relation to Bruce Wayne he had to settle for building one. With some serious determination and unimaginable will power and 17 years, he built his dream. And now he wants to sell that dream. True American.

Badass Grandma RallyCross at 91 Yrs. Old

Rallying is one of the harder racing sports as it involves incredible focus as someone screams turns at you while you race through an off-road course trying not to flip your car and die. This grandma shows us all how its done though, like a boss. I hope when I am 91, I am still this much of a badass.

Inside Plaza Las Americas

So my significant other just traveled to Puerto Rico with her family and sent me these from inside the Plaza Las Americas. How awesome is this mall?

Boosting a Subaru BRZ

The Subaru BRZ is a car targeted at young drivers. Simple as that. Its cheap, its manual, its easy to maintain, its looks awesome and oh yea, its cheap. It has just about everything a young driver looks for in a brand new car. Just about, we said. The only thing that seems to be missing from this recipe is the need for more power. Yes, you are gonna go fast in this 2.0L Flat 4 Gas Engine, but what about going fast? Well according the boys down in engine development at Subaru, there was just no room to slap a turbo onto this car and make it go fast. Well if there is a will, there is a way. And the way comes to us from Toledo, OH where Accelerated Performance, a tune shop, has strapped a turbo to the BRZ. Not caring about engine warranties, they have successful added 54.5 HP, bringing the car to 161 whp. Its normally 200 HP to the crank. This is great news for all of you looking to dive into purchasing this car and modding the hell out of it. Check the video below for some BOV goodness.

Dodging A Crash at 150MPH…Like a Boss

Let me start by giving a back drop on what is going on in this video. The track that this F1 driver is hurling himself through in the rain is called Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. In this modern racing world its one of the fastest, most dangerous tracks in Europe. Throw in some torrential rain and a couple of fast cars and you are cooking with a gasoline drenched shirt, open flames and matches for hands. You have to be sharp racing under these conditions where visibility is literally a few feet in front of you. So, to be able to identify a stopped car on the track, throw your car out of the way but not so far you end up in the wall, power drift through wet grass only to safely end up back on the track 4 cars ahead of certain disaster, is simply some Boss shit. Check it out and give driver Dino Zamparelli a round of applause for this sweet video.
