Originally that was all I had written about what this blog was suppose to be about. Those were the days I had no idea what I was doing. Now I am becoming a little more familiar with these waters and I have decided to actually tell people what the hell this blog…is. The PerfectManBlog is in no way, shape or form a blog about teaching men how to better themselves. It is simply to celebrate the modern day man and talk about the many facets of our society that interest him. Or as for right now, that interest me. To be clear on what I try to touch on in this blog, I will list the big three topics you should fine: Women, Money, Cars.

I was frustrated with how I found articles on the shit I liked. Every morning when I got to work and I wanted to get my fill of interesting articles, I had to go through so many different websites. I usually had about 10 different tabs open trying to read it all. I tried the Google reader thing but that was just way too many options. I kept having the inception effect, and by the time my kick came around, usually lunch time, I would realize I just wasted 4 hours not accomplishing anything at work and not feeling like I got what I was looking for. I couldn’t go on. Or I would be fired.

So I decided I would read about all the things that I like and then write about them. The PerfectManBlog was starting to take shape in my head. By the way that name actually came from my friend Trevor. We were eating Apple Bees and I was sitting explaining what I wanted to do with this blog. While stuffing his face with the nacho cheese supreme dish they have, which is delicious, he said “hmm, sounds like some sort of perfect man blog or something”. Needless to say I stole some of his nachos then his idea.

Since then I have been reading and writing my heart out. I have about 6 followers now and I cherish them. I hope to continue doing this so that people who are interested in the things I am, can come and just read about different things and because I hyperlink the crap out of my sources, they can go explore and find other stuff I may have missed. Just be careful though. The inception effect is real and nothing to play with. Happy reading.
