So these two guys got caught stealing gas in Florida. Let me first start by saying these guys are bad-asses. They had the idea to wait till the gas station was closed and pulled up with their steal-gas-o-matic minivan. This minivan was modded complete with pump system, bladder tank and, oh yea, a hole in the the bottom. So they get to the gas station, park on top of a storage tank and start relieving the station of its…well gas. So what went wrong? Well, a detective just so happen to drive by and see the car parked at an angle. Thinking that looked strange, the detective pulls a quick u-turn to investigate. Before the cop could even get close to see what was going on, these guys just pull off spilling gas all over the place. Dumb-asses. No need to say they obviously were caught.
So this story had me thinking. What would have I done differently? Well, I wouldn’t have pulled off. I would have gotten out of the car before the cop pulled up and act like my car had broken down and I was waiting for a tow truck. Man I am a criminal.
